For Coffee Cart Owners

A web designer who builds sites that get booked for the event.

Almost every coffee cart booking starts with someone planning a wedding, a launch party or an office morning, searching on a phone, and comparing three vendors in ten minutes. They want to see the cart, know what two hours and a hundred drinks costs, and check that you're free on their date. An Instagram grid alone can't answer any of that.

I design and build custom websites for mobile coffee carts and espresso vendors. Every site is hand-coded, shows your cart and drinks properly, states package pricing and minimums, and makes the event inquiry take under a minute.

The Coffee Cart Difference

Built for a planner comparing three vendors on a phone

The bookings you want, corporate mornings, weddings, brand activations, come from people who need certainty fast: hours, guest counts, what's included, power and space requirements, travel area, and a real number. Vendors who publish that get shortlisted. Vendors who say "DM for pricing" get skipped by the exact clients with budget.

I build every coffee cart site around that decision, then add the local SEO that gets you found for coffee cart, mobile espresso and event coffee catering searches across LA.

Final pricing depends on your pages and features. You'll get one flat number before anything starts. Sites also include a separate monthly hosting & care plan (from $15/mo) that keeps your site online, secure, updated, and backed up, quoted alongside your build so you see both numbers up front.

Common Problems

What's hurting most coffee cart websites

Most mobile coffee sites I'm asked to fix share the same handful of problems, and every one of them is losing bookings to a vendor who answered faster.

No pricing or minimums

Planners work to a budget and a deadline. "Contact for pricing" reads as expensive and slow, and the corporate clients you want simply move to the next vendor.

The cart is barely shown

Your cart is the product and the aesthetic is half the sale. Real photos at real events, not just latte close-ups, are what get you booked for a branded activation.

Invisible in local search

Instagram alone doesn't reach the office manager searching "coffee cart for corporate event." Pages built for those searches do, and that audience has the bigger budgets.

The inquiry form asks too much

A planner will not fill in twelve fields on a phone. Date, guest count, location and contact is enough to start, and you gather the rest on the call.

Falls apart on a phone

Almost all of this browsing is mobile, often between meetings. Slow galleries and awkward layouts cost you inquiries you already earned.

Nothing practical about logistics

Space, power, travel radius, setup and teardown time. Answering these up front is what makes a venue or event coordinator comfortable choosing you.

Questions

Common questions from
coffee cart owners

Custom projects come in three flat-rate packages: Starter from $1,000, Professional (with a blog and full local SEO) from $2,500, and Premium from $5,000 for larger sites with online booking or deposits. If you'd rather launch faster and for less, a template-based build is a great starting point. Every project is quoted as one fixed price after a free discovery call.

Yes, at minimum a starting package and a minimum spend. Event planners shortlist on budget before anything else, and being upfront gets you into more conversations, not fewer.

Yes. I can connect Honeybook, Dubsado, Acuity or a Stripe checkout so a date can be held with a deposit instead of a week of back-and-forth email.

Yes, and it matters here. A bride and an office manager want different things and search different terms, so each gets its own page, its own photos and its own packages.

Yes. An Instagram feed works well as social proof, but it should support the site rather than replace it, since the booking, pricing and logistics need to live on pages Google can rank.

Custom sites typically take 2 to 6 weeks depending on scope. Template-based builds are completed in 2 to 4 weeks. The timeline starts once you provide your content and photos.

Yes. The portfolio page shows a selection of completed projects across different industries. You can also browse available templates if you'd like to see the design options for faster turnaround builds.
