The Process
Two to Four Weeks
Tell me this is the direction. We talk through your treatments and how patients book now.
Treatment list and prices, team photos, opening hours and insurers accepted. I send a checklist.
I load your prices into the cost estimator and wire the booking form to your inbox or system.
Domain connected, Google Business updated, and a full handover of the finished site. After launch, any changes you want come straight to me and are handled as part of your monthly care plan.
Price is the single biggest reason people put off the dentist and don't call. This lets a patient pick their treatment, roughly how many teeth, and whether they're insured — and see a real ballpark, a monthly figure and what insurance covers, before they ever pick up the phone.

No. You're choosing a design direction. There's nothing to download or configure — I build the site for you using your treatments, prices and team. You never touch a page builder.
Two options. The simplest is a request form that lands in your inbox, which your front desk confirms — most practices prefer this because they keep control of the diary. If you use a system like Dentally, Curve or NexHealth, I can connect the button straight to it instead. That's quoted separately since it depends on your software.
It's a ballpark, and it says so clearly — the aim is to get a nervous patient to call, not to quote a filling to the dollar. You set the base prices, and there's a line making clear the exact figure is confirmed at the consultation. That honesty is what makes patients trust it.
The build follows accessibility standards and keeps patient data off the page — the booking form sends an enquiry, it doesn't store medical records. For anything that touches actual patient health information you'd use your practice-management system, not the website, and I'll make sure the two are kept properly separate.
Good photos of your actual practice and team matter more here than on most sites — patients want to see the real room and the real people. A half-day photographer is worth it. If that's not possible yet, we'll lead with warm, well-shot stock and swap in yours later.
You send them to me and I update them, usually the same day. Price and hours changes are the most common updates, so they're covered under your monthly care plan. If you'd like to be able to edit certain sections yourself, we can set that up — just raise it on the onboarding call and we'll talk through the options and cost.
Yes. The files, domain and content are yours. If you ever move to another host or designer, everything transfers.
No — I work anywhere in the US. If you're local we can meet in person; everywhere else we do it over Zoom.
