The portfolio is a carousel you pull across with the cursor, with a circular tag that follows you as you go. Further down, a sticky property showcase swaps its image as you read the specification. Nothing here shouts. At this end of the market restraint reads as confidence, so the photography does the selling and the design gets out of the way.

You are choosing a design direction, not buying a file. There is nothing to download or configure. I adapt this look to your brand, build every section around your content and your words, and send it over to review. We go back and forth until you approve the final look, then it goes live on your domain.
You send me the details and photos and I add the property, swap images, or mark something sold, usually the same day. Listing changes are covered under your monthly care plan. If you would like to manage listings yourself, we can set that up, just raise it on the onboarding call and we will talk through the options and cost.
That is possible but it is a bigger build, and IDX providers charge their own monthly fee. Most agents at this level list a small number of properties by hand, which is what this design is built for. Tell me what you need and I will quote it honestly.
Then Haven is not the right starting point as it stands, it is designed for a curated portfolio, not high volume. I would either adapt it with a filterable archive or suggest a different structure.
For this design, yes, honestly. It is built to let large images carry the page, and phone photos will undercut it. If you do not have a photographer, I can recommend one.
Colours, type, imagery and section order are all adjusted to fit your brand, that is part of the build. Anything structurally different becomes a custom project and I will quote it as one.
