You are choosing a design direction, not buying a file. There is nothing to download or configure. I adapt this look to your brand, build every section around your content and your words, and send it over to review. We go back and forth until you approve the final look, then it goes live on your domain.
Yes. The demo shows a single index page, but individual project pages, with a photo set, specification, programme and a client quote, are the single most persuasive thing a builder site can have. It adds to the build cost, so I will quote it separately and you can decide.
Not per-project, but a typical value range is worth showing. It filters out the enquiries that were never going to convert, which on a builder site is most of them. The demo shows a range in the Practice section rather than a price list.
This design leans harder on photography than most, so it is worth addressing. A half-day architectural photographer on two or three completed projects will do more for your enquiries than anything I can do in code. If that is not possible now, we will structure the site around fewer, stronger images.
It is built to, clean structure, fast loading, proper headings and your service areas marked up. Ranking for custom home builder in a competitive city also depends on your Google Business profile and reviews, which I will set up and show you how to maintain.
Yes. The concrete-and-copper scheme is built from variables, so it can shift to whatever your existing branding uses. Pick the layout first and we will settle colour against your logo and signage.
