The Process
Two to Four Weeks
Get in touch and tell me this is the direction. We talk through your rooms and what parents ask you most.
Age groups, ratios, fees, hours, staff bios and photos with permission to use them. I send a checklist.
I adapt the colours and wording to your centre and build every page by hand.
Domain connected, Google Business updated, and a full handover of the finished site. After launch, any changes you want come straight to me and are handled as part of your monthly care plan.
Parents are the ones reading it. The design is bright and warm, but the information is laid out like an adult needs it, clear, specific and easy to scan.

Before We Start
No. You're choosing a design direction. There's nothing to download or configure, I build the site for you using your content.
The design includes a tour request form as standard. For full enrolment, waitlists and tuition billing, childcare platforms like Brightwheel, Procare or Playground handle it properly, including ratios, sign-in and parent messaging. I'll connect whichever you use. They charge their own monthly fee.
Only with written permission from each family, and I'd treat that as non-negotiable. Many centres use photos where faces aren't identifiable, or only feature children whose parents have signed a media release. I'll build it either way, just tell me which photos are cleared.
I'd recommend it. Parents overwhelmingly filter by price first, and hiding it mostly generates enquiries from people who were never going to enrol. It also saves your staff answering the same call fifteen times a week.
You send me the change and I update it, usually the same day. Availability changes often, so it's covered under your monthly care plan. If you'd like to manage it yourselves, we can set that up, just raise it on the onboarding call and we'll talk through the options and cost.

Yes. The files, domain and content are yours. If you ever move to another host or designer, everything transfers.
