The Process

Tell me this is the direction. We talk through your rooms, your ratios, your fees, and how tours are booked.
Your room list, ratios, hours, fees, staff bios and photos you have permission to use. I send a simple checklist so nothing is missed.
I adapt the design to your brand and send it over to review. We go back and forth until you approve the final look.
Domain connected, analytics set up, and a full handover. After launch, availability and fee changes come straight to me and are handled as part of your monthly care plan.
Parents are the ones reading it. The design is bright and warm, but the information is laid out like an adult needs it, clear, specific and easy to scan, with ratios and hours sitting right up front instead of three clicks in.

Before We Start
You are choosing a design direction, not buying a file. There is nothing to download or configure. I adapt this look to your brand, build every section around your content and your words, and send it over to review. We go back and forth until you approve the final look, then it goes live on your domain.
The design includes a tour request form as standard. For full enrolment, waitlists and tuition billing, childcare platforms like Brightwheel, Procare or Playground handle it properly, including ratios, sign-in and parent messaging. I will connect whichever you use. They charge their own monthly fee.
Only with written permission from each family, and I would treat that as non-negotiable. Many centres use photos where faces are not identifiable, or only feature children whose parents have signed a media release. I will build it either way, just tell me which photos are cleared.
I would recommend it. Parents overwhelmingly filter by price first, and hiding it mostly generates enquiries from people who were never going to enrol. It also saves your staff answering the same call fifteen times a week.
You send me the change and I update it, usually the same day. Availability changes often, so it is covered under your monthly care plan. If you would like to manage it yourselves, we can set that up, just raise it on the onboarding call and we will talk through the options and cost.

Yes. The files, the domain and the content are yours. If you ever move to another host or designer, everything transfers.
