The Process

Tell me this is the direction. We talk through your timetable, your teachers, and how members pay.
Your class list, timetable, teacher bios, prices and studio photos. I send a simple checklist so nothing is missed.
I adapt the design to your brand and send it over to review. We go back and forth until you approve the final look.
Domain connected, booking connected, analytics set up, and a full handover. After launch, timetable and price changes come straight to me and are handled as part of your monthly care plan.
Tap a day and the class list swaps over, times, teachers, levels and live spots-left, each with a book button. It looks and feels like a proper booking app, sitting right on your own site, and it hands off cleanly to whatever booking system you already use.

You are choosing a design direction, not buying a file. There is nothing to download or configure. I adapt this look to your brand, build every section around your content and your words, and send it over to review. We go back and forth until you approve the final look, then it goes live on your domain.
On the demo it is a visual schedule that swaps by day and animates. On your build, the book buttons connect to whatever booking system you use, Mindbody, Momence, Punchpass, Walla and others, so members check out where their class packs and memberships already live.
Yes, that is built in. A toggle switches between monthly memberships and per-class packs, so people can see whichever fits how they want to pay.
Honestly, no. Studio software handles waitlists, class caps, memberships, no-show fees and teacher payroll. Building that from scratch would cost several times more and work less well. Use theirs, and let the site drive people into it.
You send it to me and I update it, usually the same day. Timetable and teacher changes are the most common updates on a studio site, so they are covered under your monthly care plan.
Of course. The demo is warm and neutral, but the whole design is built on a small set of colours I can retune to your brand in minutes.
Yes. The files, the domain and the content are yours. If you ever move to another host or designer, everything transfers.
No, I work anywhere in the US. If you are local we can meet in person.
