For Home Care Agencies

A web designer who builds sites that earn a family's trust.

The person on your website is usually not the client. It is a daughter in another city who just got a call about a fall, researching at midnight, frightened and guilty. She needs to know what levels of care exist, what it costs, whether Medicare or long-term care insurance covers any of it, and whether your caregivers are screened, bonded and supervised.

I design and build custom websites for home health care and caregiving agencies. Every site is hand-coded, loads fast, answers those questions in plain language, and makes requesting a care consultation simple and unpressured.

The Home Care Difference

Built for the adult child researching at midnight

Trust is the entire product. Families want to see how caregivers are vetted and trained, who supervises them, what happens if a caregiver calls out, how care plans are built, what an hour actually costs, and what coverage applies. Agencies that answer honestly convert far more inquiries than those that ask everyone to call for pricing.

I build every home care site around those answers, then add the local SEO that gets you found for home care, in-home caregiver and senior care searches across the communities you serve.

Final pricing depends on your pages and features. You'll get one flat number before anything starts. Sites also include a separate monthly hosting & care plan (from $15/mo) that keeps your site online, secure, updated, and backed up, quoted alongside your build so you see both numbers up front.

Common Problems

What's hurting most home care websites

Most home care sites I'm asked to fix share the same handful of problems, and every one of them is losing families at their most vulnerable moment.

No pricing or coverage information

Cost is the first practical question and the hardest one families ask. An hourly range, live-in pricing and a plain explanation of what Medicare does and does not cover convert enormously well.

Nothing about how caregivers are vetted

Families are letting a stranger into a parent's home. Background checks, training, bonding, insurance and supervision are the details that decide this, and most sites skip them.

Levels of care are vague

Companionship, personal care and skilled nursing are different services at different prices. Explaining the difference helps a family self-identify instead of giving up.

Invisible in local search

If your site isn't built for local SEO, you won't appear for "home care near me" in the communities you serve. I build every page to be found for those searches.

No clear next step

A free in-home assessment or care consultation is a much gentler first step than "call for a quote," and it converts far more of the families still deciding.

Hard to use for an older visitor

Small type, low contrast and cramped layouts fail the exact audience you serve. Accessible, readable design is a competitive advantage in this industry.

Questions

Common questions from
home care agencies

Custom projects come in three flat-rate packages: Starter from $1,000, Professional (with a blog and full local SEO) from $2,500, and Premium from $5,000 for larger agencies with multiple service areas, caregiver recruiting or family portals. If you'd rather launch faster and for less, a template-based build is a great starting point. Every project is quoted as one fixed price after a free discovery call.

A range almost always helps. Cost is the single biggest question families have, and agencies that give a straight answer get more qualified inquiries than those that require a call to learn anything.

Yes, and it makes an excellent page. Most families are confused about what is covered, so explaining it clearly earns trust and ranks well for searches nobody else is answering properly.

Yes. Staffing is often the real constraint in this business, so I usually build a careers section with an application form that feeds your hiring process, which also improves your local visibility.

Yes. Companion care, personal care, dementia care and post-hospital transitions are different searches by families with different needs, and each deserves its own page.

It is designed in from the start: readable type sizes, strong contrast, clear tap targets and simple navigation. In this industry that is not just compliance, it directly affects whether the site converts.

Yes. The portfolio page shows a selection of completed projects across different industries. You can also browse available templates if you'd like to see the design options for faster turnaround builds.
