No obligation. Both numbers in writing before you commit.

The Two Numbers

Two costs. Both disclosed before you sign anything.

There are two costs involved in a website project. A one-time build fee and a monthly hosting and care fee. Both are quoted and agreed to before any work begins. There are no surprises after you say yes.

The build fee covers everything required to take a design from template to live site: applying your brand, setting up your content, optimizing for mobile, installing analytics, and connecting your domain. This is a flat number. It does not change based on how many questions you ask or how many emails you send.

The monthly fee keeps the site running: hosting, security, backups, and software updates. This is also a flat number, disclosed before the project starts. There is no hourly billing at any point in the process.

What's Not on the Invoice

No agency overhead. No hidden line items.

Agency overhead

There are no account managers, no project coordinators, no kickoff decks, and no discovery sprints billed at $250 per hour. You work directly with the person building your site. That cuts the cost and the back-and-forth.

Hourly revision billing

Revisions during the project are included, not billed at $150 per hour after the fact. One round of changes after launch is also included. The scope is agreed to upfront and stays there.

Platform subscription fees

Squarespace, Wix, and WordPress hosting each come with their own recurring costs, premium plugin bundles, and storage upgrades. None of those apply here. The monthly fee covers everything the site needs to stay live and secure.

The Designs

19 designs. One flat rate.

The starting design does not change the price. Pick based on look, not cost.

Included in Every Build

What your flat fee covers.

Design

Your brand colors, fonts, and logo applied to every page. The site looks like yours, not like a template that was never touched.

Development

Hand-coded HTML and CSS, not assembled with a page builder. Clean code loads fast and holds up without maintenance surprises.

Content

Copy guidance is included. Full copywriting for every section is available as an add-on if you want the words written from scratch.

Mobile optimization

The full site is tested and optimized for every screen size. Mobile is not an afterthought; it is built alongside the desktop version.

Launch

Domain connection, Google Analytics installation, and site submission to Google Search Console. Everything needed to go from draft to live.

Post-launch support

One round of revisions after launch is included in the flat fee. Small corrections and tweaks, handled without a new invoice.

One customer who found you through your website pays for the site. A plumber charging $300 per job. A salon booking two appointments per week. A consultant landing one contract. The site pays for itself the first time it works.

Pricing Questions

Honest answers before you ask.

The build fee depends on the scope of the project and is quoted before work begins. It covers everything from design to launch. Monthly hosting is a flat rate, also disclosed upfront. Neither number is hidden behind a sales call. Request a quote and you will have both figures in writing before committing to anything.
The monthly fee covers web hosting, an SSL certificate, daily backups, security monitoring, and software updates. Everything the site needs to stay live, fast, and secure. There are no add-on charges for these items.
Yes. You own your domain and your content. If you decide to move to another hosting provider, your files can be transferred. There is no lock-in clause. Most clients stay because the service is straightforward and the price does not change.
Adding pages beyond the initial scope is quoted separately, not billed at an hourly rate. If you know you want six service pages instead of three, that is part of the initial quote conversation. No surprise charges appear after the project starts.
Yes. Payment plans are available on request. A common structure is half up front and half at launch. If you need a different arrangement, that is a conversation we can have before the project begins.
Changes after the included post-launch revision round are available as a separate service. Small updates are priced per request. Ongoing updates can also be added to the monthly hosting plan. The rate is disclosed before any work begins, not after.
