I shoot what's
already there

Twelve years photographing people, mostly for magazines and mostly in whatever light the room happens to have. I don't travel with a lighting truck and I don't ask anyone to pose.

The work has run in Aperture, The Gentlewoman and Kinfolk, and I shoot commercially for a handful of brands who understand that good pictures take time.
