The Process
Two to Four Weeks
Tell me this is the direction. We talk through your room, how you take reservations, whether you book live music and how often the list changes.
Your cocktail list and prices, photos of the room, your hours and house rules, and the acts you have booked. I send a checklist so nothing's missed.
I load the lineup with your acts and dates, set the list to your menu, wire reservations to OpenTable, Resy or your inbox, and tune the palette to your room.
Domain connected, analytics set up, and a full handover. After launch, new acts and seasonal list changes come straight to me as part of your monthly care plan.
Click a date and the whole panel changes: the act, the photograph, the genre, the set times, the cover charge. Five Saturdays at a glance, and every one of them a reason to book a table this week instead of next. Bars lose the live music audience because the schedule lives on Instagram and disappears in three days. On the site it stays, it gets indexed, and people can plan around it.
