By using this website or working with Designs by Delia (“I,” “me,” “my”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
I design and build custom websites, and I offer ready-made designs (“templates”) that I then build out for you by hand. When you choose a template you are choosing a design direction — not buying a file to install or a page builder to configure. I build the finished site around your content.
Most projects involve two separate costs: a one-time build fee, and an ongoing monthly hosting & care cost that keeps your site online, secure and backed up. Both are quoted before any work begins, so you see the numbers up front. Payment terms are set out in your individual quote or agreement.
Once your project is paid in full, the finished website, its content and your domain are yours. You’re never locked in — if you ever move to another host or designer, everything transfers to you.
The content of this website, and the underlying design of every template I offer, remain the property of Designs by Delia. Template designs are licensed to you for use on your own site as part of the build — they may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as your own work.
Photographs shown in template demos are licensed stock images used for illustration only. They are not included for use on a live site and must be replaced with your own or properly licensed imagery.
Please don’t copy, scrape, republish or misuse the content or designs on this site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Some projects rely on third-party platforms — for example Shopify or Stripe for payments, or a hosting provider. Those services are billed by and governed by their own terms, separately from my fees.
This website is provided “as is.” While I work hard to keep it accurate and available, I don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, Designs by Delia is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
I may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
