Vestry

A high-end fashion store design in the department store tradition. Editorial hero, category tiles, product grids, and a full shop page in the navigation with working category, size and colour filters, four sort orders and a cart drawer that adds up your bag as you go.

You're choosing a design. I build the site.

This isn't a theme you install or a file you download. There's no page builder to learn and nothing to configure yourself.

You pick this design, send me your products, photography and pricing, and I build the store around it by hand, colours, type and sections adjusted to your label.

Two costs, quoted separately

The build, a one-time fee covering design adaptation, building every section with your content, and launch. Quoted once I know how many products you carry.

Hosting & care, a separate monthly cost that keeps the site online, secure and backed up. Quoted alongside the build so you see both numbers before committing.

The demo uses an invented store, invented labels and invented prices. Yours would carry your products, your photography, your prices.

The Process

From here to live

Three to Six Weeks

01

You pick Vestry

Tell me this is the direction. We talk through how many products you carry, where your inventory lives now, and how you want to take payment.

02

You send content

Your product list with sizes, colours and prices, your photography, and your shipping and returns terms. I send a spreadsheet to fill in so nothing is missed.

03

I build it

I connect it to Shopify or a checkout of your choice, set the filters to your real categories and sizes, and load the catalogue so the store is live with your stock.

04

We go live

Payments tested, analytics and conversion tracking set up, and a full handover so you can add products yourself. Seasonal changes come to me under your care plan.

The Standout Feature

A shop page that
actually filters

The Shop link in the navigation opens a real product listing page. Tick a category, pick a size, choose a colour and the grid narrows instantly with a live item count, and there is an empty state written for the moment nothing matches. Sort by newest or by price in either direction. Add anything to the bag and a drawer slides in with your items, quantity controls, a running subtotal and a progress bar to free shipping.

  • Shop page in the nav with category, size and colour filters
  • Four sort orders and a live result count
  • Cart drawer with quantities, subtotal and free shipping progress
  • Editorial hero, category tiles, sale row and newsletter capture

What's Included

Everything a store actually needs

Product photography, framed properly

Consistent crops, generous white space and hover states, because in fashion the photograph is the product and everything else is a caption.

Filters people will use

Category, size and colour, the three that actually get clicked. Shoppers who filter convert several times better than shoppers who scroll.

A bag that reduces abandonment

A drawer rather than a page, with a free shipping threshold in view. Nobody loses their place, and the average order quietly rises.

Built to be found

Product and category structure Google can read, fast pages even with heavy imagery, and local SEO if you have a shop floor as well.

Good Fit For

Who Vestry suits

Clothing boutiques and multi-brand stores, independent fashion labels, jewellery and accessories, shoes and leather goods, home and lifestyle shops, and any retailer with a considered edit rather than a warehouse.

It also works for showrooms and wholesale line sheets. If you sell thousands of SKUs at volume and compete on price, tell me and I will point you at a different structure built for search and filtering at scale.
