No. You're choosing a design direction. There's nothing to download or configure — I build the site for you using your listings and photography. You never touch a page builder.
Yes. Before launch I walk you through adding a property, swapping photography, and marking something sold. If you'd rather I handle it, that can be part of your monthly plan.
That's possible but it's a bigger build, and IDX providers charge their own monthly fee. Most agents at this level list a small number of properties by hand, which is what this design is built for. Tell me what you need and I'll quote it honestly.
Then Haven isn't the right starting point as-is — it's designed for a curated portfolio, not high volume. I'd either adapt it with a filterable archive or suggest a different structure.
For this design, yes — honestly. It's built to let large images carry the page, and phone photos will undercut it. If you don't have a photographer, I can recommend one.
Colours, type, imagery and section order are all adjusted to fit your brand — that's part of the build. Anything structurally different becomes a custom project and I'll quote it as one.
Yes. The files, domain and content are yours. If you ever move to another host or designer, everything transfers.
