A loud, colourful design for graphic designers and creative studios — built to prove you can do the thing you're selling before anyone reads a word.
This isn't a theme you install or a file you download. There's no page builder to learn and nothing to configure yourself.
You pick this design, send me your projects and case studies, and I build the site around it by hand — colours, type and sections adjusted to your studio.
The build — a one-time fee covering design adaptation, building every page with your content, and launch. Quoted once I know your page count and how many projects you want shown.
Hosting & care — a separate monthly cost that keeps the site online, secure and backed up. Quoted alongside the build so you see both numbers before committing.
The Process
Two to Four Weeks
Tell me this is the direction. We talk through your services, your work and the palette you want to lead with.
Project images, captions, your studio story and your rates. I send a checklist so nothing is missed.
I adapt the colours and shapes to your brand, load in your projects, and wire the enquiry form to your inbox.
Domain connected, analytics set up, and a walkthrough so you can add new projects yourself.

The work section pins to the screen and slides your projects horizontally as the visitor scrolls down, with a progress bar tracking how far through they are. It turns a portfolio grid into something people actually finish looking at.

Five palettes, one click, and every colour on the page changes — headings, shapes, buttons, the gradient in the footer. For a designer's own site it's a genuine demonstration of systems thinking, not a gimmick.

What It Costs
Quoted Separately
Design adapted to your studio, palette set to your brand, projects loaded into the sideways gallery, enquiry form connected, and launch handled.
Quoted per project — it depends on how many projects you want shown and whether each needs its own case-study page. You'll have a fixed number before anything starts.
Keeps the site online, fast, secure and backed up, with software kept current.
Separate from the build — quoted at the same time so you see both numbers together. Adding each new project can be included if you'd rather not do it.
Good to Know
Before We Start
No. You're choosing a design direction. There's nothing to download or configure — I build the site for you using your projects and your palette. You never touch a page builder.
Fair question, and worth being straight about. What you're choosing is a structure and a set of behaviours; the palette, type, imagery and copy all become yours, which is most of what anyone perceives as the design. If you want something genuinely one-off, I build from a blank page too — it costs more and takes longer, and for a designer's own site that's often the right call.
No. The movement is CSS transforms and a single scroll handler throttled to the browser's frame rate — no animation library, no heavy dependencies. It also respects the reduced-motion setting, so visitors who've asked their device to calm animation down get a still version automatically.
Yes, and for a design studio it's usually worth it — the sideways gallery gets people interested, but a case study is what wins the enquiry. I'll quote it separately so you can decide.
Yes. Every colour is a variable, so I'll set the defaults to your brand and load whichever alternates you want into the switcher. If you'd rather drop the switcher entirely, that's fine too.
Yes. The files, domain and content are yours. If you ever move to another host or designer, everything transfers.
No — I work anywhere in the US. If you're local we can meet in person; everywhere else we do it over Zoom.

No Obligation
If none of the designs fit, I build from a blank page too. Same process, more discovery.
