Aurelia

A calm, clinical design for med spas and aesthetic medicine — built to reassure a nervous first-time patient without ever feeling like a hospital.

You're choosing a design. I build the site.

This isn't a file you download or a theme you install. There's no page builder to learn and nothing to configure yourself.

You pick this design, send me your treatments, pricing and provider credentials, and I build the site around it by hand.

Two costs, quoted separately

The build — a one-time fee covering design adaptation, building every page with your content, and launch. Quoted once I know your treatment list.

Hosting & care — a separate monthly cost that keeps the site online, secure and backed up. Quoted alongside the build so you see both numbers before committing.

The demo uses placeholder treatments and prices. Yours would carry your menu, your providers, your licences.

The Process

From here to live

Two to Four Weeks

01

You pick Aurelia

Get in touch and tell me this is the direction. We talk through your treatments and who you're trying to reach.

02

You send content

Treatment list with pricing and downtime, provider bios and licence numbers, hours and photos.

03

I build it

I adapt the design to your practice, set up the concern navigator, and build every page by hand.

04

We go live

Domain connected, booking linked, and a full handover of the finished site. After launch, any changes you want come straight to me and are handled as part of your monthly care plan.

The Standout Feature

A navigator built
around concerns

Patients don't search for "biostimulator" — they search for "my cheeks look hollow." The treatment grid filters by concern instead of product name, so people find the right thing without knowing what it's called.

  • Filter by fine lines, volume loss, texture or pigmentation
  • Each treatment shows price, duration and how long it lasts
  • A three-segment downtime meter on every card
  • Live count of matching treatments

The Feel

Clinical, but
not cold

Med spa sites tend to go one of two wrong ways — gold-and-marble luxury that feels like a sales funnel, or sterile medical that frightens people off. This sits between them.

  • Warm linen and deep teal, no gold, no marble
  • Italiana — elegant and wide, never clinical-looking
  • Hairline rules throughout, like a well-set medical document
  • Slow, calm reveals — nothing bounces
  • Provider credentials and licence numbers shown openly
  • Honours reduced-motion accessibility settings

What It Costs

Build, then hosting

Quoted Separately

One-Time

The Build

Design adapted to your practice, treatment navigator built with your menu and pricing, consultation form connected, and launch handled.

Quoted per project — it depends on how many treatments and providers you have, and whether you need online booking integrated.

Monthly

Hosting & Care

Keeps the site online, fast, secure and backed up, with software kept current.

Separate from the build — quoted at the same time. Price updates matter more here than most industries, so those can be included.

Good to Know

Common Questions

Before We Start

Am I buying a template to install myself?

No. You're choosing a design direction. There's nothing to download or configure — I build the site for you using your treatments and content.

Can patients book online?

Yes, through whatever you already use — Boulevard, Zenoti, Aesthetic Record, Vagaro or Mangomint. I connect it so booking feels part of the site. Those platforms charge their own monthly fee. The design also includes a consultation request form, which many practices prefer for new patients.

Can we show before-and-after photos?

Technically yes, and I'd be careful. Patient photos need written consent that specifically covers marketing use, and depending on how you handle them they may fall under HIPAA. Several states also restrict how aesthetic results can be advertised. I'll build the gallery if you want one — but check with your malpractice carrier or attorney first, not with me.

Is a website with patient forms HIPAA compliant?

A standard contact form is not, and shouldn't be treated as though it is. That's why the demo form explicitly asks people not to send medical details. If you need intake forms or anything carrying patient health information, that belongs in a HIPAA-compliant platform with a signed business associate agreement — not in a website form.

Should we publish prices?

I'd recommend it, and the design assumes you will. Patients overwhelmingly filter by price, and practices that hide it tend to field a lot of enquiries that never convert. Per-unit and per-area pricing also signals that you're not running a package sales operation.

Do we need medical disclaimers?

Yes. The demo footer carries a results-vary and not-medical-advice notice as standard. Requirements vary by state and by what you advertise, so have your own wording reviewed — I'll put in whatever your attorney gives me.

Do we own the website?

Yes. The files, domain and content are yours. If you ever move to another host or designer, everything transfers.

Do you only work with practices in Los Angeles?

No — I work anywhere in the US. If you're local we can meet in person; everywhere else we do it over Zoom.
