Return & Refund Policy

Websites and template designs are custom, digital work. Because a design is delivered and adapted specifically for your business, it can’t be “returned,” and payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

I want you to be happy with your site, so feedback is built into every project at each stage — there’s no big reveal at the end. If something isn’t right, tell me and we’ll put it right within the agreed scope.

Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits reserve your project in my schedule and cover work started, so they are non-refundable. If you cancel partway through, any payments made cover the work completed up to that point.

Copyright Agreement

By purchasing a template or commissioning a build, you agree to the following:

• All designs, graphics and source files provided remain the property of Designs by Delia.
• You may use your design for your own website, but you may not resell it, share it, or pass any design elements to other users.
• You may not claim my designs as your own original work or promote them as such.
• Photographs shown in demo sites are licensed for illustration only. They are copyrighted and must be replaced with your own or properly licensed images before your site goes live.
